Snow white and the huntsman. 

This film had a lot of differences from the original tale. First of all it was an action movie that wasn't at all focused on the romantic parts of the original tale. There was no prince only a huntsman that decided  to teach snow white how to fight   evil queen Ravvena.  Ravenna used magic to gain power and thirsted for youth. She didnt  hesitate to kill people so that she could steal  their lives and gain immortality. She  married snow whites father and murder him on their wedding night .  As a result she  became  by force the queen of the kingdom and terrorized the people .  After that she locked snow white on a tower for many years. One day she asked her magic mirror the typical question " mirror mirror on the wall whose the fairest of them all? ". Surprisingly the answer was a lot different of the expected one. Snow white had grown and was actually much more beautiful than her. Also she was a threat, she had the purest blood and was the only one who could actually destroy the queen. She could undone the spell and kill her. When Ravenna realizes that, she decides to hunt snow white down. Luckily snow white escapes to the dark forrest and tries to find a way to kill the queen and bring back peace in the kingdom. The queen sends the huntsman to bring snow white  back but he falls in love with her and switches sides and fights against Ravenna ! Will snow white actually beat the queen or will the tale end for once with a bad ending? 
Personally i enjoyed watching the film. It was very entertaining and had an intriguing plot. I recommend it to anyone that likes action movies and doesn't mind war scenes and violence.
